The British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce is organising a special edition of Tea with Reason together with its People and Culture Council and member Hansen Beck. We will be hosted by Center of Excellence in Finance.

This BSCC members-only event will address the role of personal vision in shaping success and long-term fulfilment, at work, in leadership, and in life in general. The central premise is straightforward yet demanding: success and happiness are not accidental outcomes, but the result of conscious decisions we make.

Participants can expect a highly interactive and engaging format that challenges habitual thinking and gently pushes beyond comfort zones. The ambition is clear. They should leave with a real ‘wow’ effect and at least one clear idea of what and how they will personally change to become more successful – in however way they define success.

The session will feature two guest speakers: Roger Vogler, Global Shareholder, Business Partner, and Trainer at Hansen Beck in Switzerland, and Bojana Florjančič, Managing Partner and Business Trainer at Hansen Beck in Slovenia.

Before things go well, something else happens. In this interactive workshop, we will exchange perspectives on goals, mindset, skills, and influence in everyday leadership.

Through guided reflection, discussion, and experiential elements, the session encourages participants to step out of autopilot mode, question assumptions, and identify small but meaningful shifts that can lead to lasting impact.

Attendance is open exclusively to members of the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and will be held in English. The event is free of charge, but places are limited, so please register via this link.
