Christmas Gala & Business Delegation to London

We kindly invite you to join us for our 6th traditional Christmas Gala in London

for an evening of divine music, excellent food and wine, and special guests from Slovenia and the UK

at the Institute of Directors on 29 November 2024 from 7.30pm till late.

Scheduled just before the Gala, we have also prepared a special Business Delegation to London for you, which will focus on the topic of Employer Branding. See below for more details.

Christmas Gala in London

• Personal attendance for members: 160 eur + VAT
• Christmas Gala 9 + 1 tickets for members - Get your own table and a possibilty to chose your own seating arrangement: 1440 eur + VAT

Business Delegation to London

Join us for a Business Delegation to London, scheduled just before the Christmas Gala, between 27 and 29 November. The programme will center around the topic of "Employer Branding". Participants will have the opportunity to visit various London-based companies and institutions to learn more about their employer branding strategies and organizational practices. • Registration fee for members (includes Christmas Gala): 380 eur + VAT

• Regular registration fee (includes Christmas Gala): 490 eur + VAT

Small and medium-sized companies are eligible for the Slovene Enterprise Fund's Voucher for Participation in Economic Delegations Abroad. This voucher covers 60 % of the costs for accommodation, transport, and registration for the delegation. Detailed information about the voucher are available here. Once the delegation is over, the Chamber will issue a confirmation of your participation in the delegation, which you will be able to use to claim the voucher with the Slovene Enterprise Fund.

Event/Delegation Policy:

Please note that registration for the Christmas Gala and Business Delegation to London is only accepted through the registration form available here. We do not accept registrations via email or phone.

By registering for the Christmas Gala and/or Business Delegation to London, you agree to the following:

• Your name is published on the list of attendees which is then shared with other participants.
• The event and delegation will be photographed and photos will be published on British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce's web page and social media platforms. Other media will be able to use them for their own articles/ posts etc.
• Seating arrangement during the Gala is prepared by the British Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and attendees can not chose their seating only if they purchase 10 tickets (a table). Couples will be seated together.

Cancellation Policy:

• Until 1 September - a refund of 100 % of participation fee is possible
• Until 1 October - a refund of 50 % of participation fee is possible
• After 2 October - no refund is possible
