At the Annual General Meeting 2025 of the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, members elected two new members to the Management Board: Boštjan Čeh (Labena) and Robert Prelesnik (Law Firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners).

Luka Vesnaver (ION Advisory) was re-elected as President, with Miha Košak (Independent Consultant and Non-Executive Board Member) continuing as Vice President and Žiga Hieng (Salus) securing a second two-year term as a Management Board member.

Two new members were also elected to the Supervisory Board, Primož Kovačič (PwC) and Stella Litou (Pro Plus), while Patrick Davidson was re-elected for a another two-year term.
