We are proud to announce that the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce has been shortlisted for the British Chambers of Commerce International Chamber of the Year Award 2024!

With our CEO Barbara Uranjek being nominated for the President's Award earlier this month and now reaching the final 5 among the 80 international chambers in the network, this is a true testament to our incredible team who work tirelessly every day in support of businesses and the economy. Huge shoutout to Barbara Uranjek, Mart D. Buh, Špela Rener, Tara Pleško, and Žiga Fišer! And a big thank you to our members and partners for their continued support.

Entries were assessed on achievements in a significant project that aligns with Chamber values, demonstrating innovation, collaboration, community impact, effective commercialisation strategies, and contributions to member retention, engagement, and recruitment.

Next up is presenting to an independent judging panel who wil determine the final winner. Good luck to the other 4 nominees (British Chamber of Commerce in Korea, British Chamber of Commerce Dubai, British Chamber of Commerce Abu Dhabi, and British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic).
